Funda Floor Plans

Funda floor plans are produced for marketplace-ready presentation: clear layout, consistent labeling and export formats that fit listing workflows. This page documents the output style we follow, what we need from you and includes a gallery of representative examples.

Why Funda-ready output matters

When floor plans are produced in high volume, small inconsistencies create rework (labels, spacing, export settings, file naming). Our approach is to standardize these decisions once, then keep them consistent across every batch.

What we standardize (presentation rules)

We align on the following items at the start, then apply them consistently:

  • Layout structure and whitespace balance
  • Room naming rules (language, abbreviations, capitalization)
  • Symbols (doors, windows, stairs) and line weights
  • Title/legend placement (if used)
  • Color vs black & white styling (if required)

Inputs (what to send)

To match your Funda style reliably, share:

  • A preferred style reference (your template or an existing Funda plan you like)
  • Measurements, sketches, scans/PDFs or your usual input set
  • Labeling preferences (room names, abbreviations, language)
  • Required outputs (B/W, color, multi-level sets)
  • Delivery rules (file naming, folder structure, batch size)

Deliverables (typical)

Depending on your workflow, we deliver:

  • Funda-ready floor plans in PDF / PNG / JPG
  • Multi-level outputs where applicable
  • DWG / FML exports when required

Standards: BBMI / NEN 2580 supported (when required)

Batch delivery (operational notes)

For high-throughput teams, delivery consistency matters as much as drafting quality:

  • Clean file naming aligned to your workflow
  • Organized batch folders
  • Consistent export settings across all outputs
